companies as a Financial Director in France and in the bakery trade in the
USA as a Managing Director. He has since spent 7 years involved with takeovers,
accumulating businesses in the bakery trade then buying back businesses in
the confectionery sector.

Christophe Talon (Centrale Lille), 48, is co-founder of the Quaternaire
Informatique (1987) a company specialising in the distribution of telecommunication
products which was sold in 1991 (turnover of 10€ million, profit of 1€ million)
to Attachmate.
Vice President of Attachmate until 1995, he then created the company Safedata System in 1996, a company specialising in IT security which was sold to Activcard (listed on Nasdaq) in 2000.
In 1999, he returned to CDC Innovation (a subsidiary of Capital Risque de la Caisse des Dépôts) as Associate Director until 2004.

Bernard Grouchko (Centrale Lille and INSEAD), 48, is co-founder of GL
TRADE (1987) and until 1992 was director of this business which is today listed
on the New Market (turnover of 75€ million, profit of 11€ million in 2003).
He later devoted 12 successful years to takeovers and managing struggling businesses in the engineering, IT and construction material sectors.
